Medium gold in colour with a fine mousse. On the nose aromas of freshly picked green apples with a touch of ripe lemon citrus and hints of brioche from the ageing period spent on the lees. The palate is rounded and full with plenty of ripe apple character and great levels of refreshing acidity. Long, persistent and lively finish.
