This is a serious wine with aromatics of dark plum, cherry, spice and earthy undertones. The palate is generous and rich and does not disappoint with these characters shining through, coupled with dark berries. A long tannin structure integrated with new and older French oak make this wine one that will age very well.
Powerful aromatics of cherry, spice, dark plum, strawberry and a hint of floral greet you in the glass. On the palate the wine is medium bodied with alluring spiciness, hints of raspberry and lovely savoury tannins that make this wine so food friendly.

Deep red/purple in colour, the wine is a heady mix of dark berry fruit, with earthy nuances and lifted florals from the addition of Viognier. Excellent structure, it has great depth and richness of plums and blackberries with supportive, balanced oak and a lingering finish.
To capture the esssence of the live energy of the Grateful Dead's Steal Your Face, Winemaker Martk Beaman chose to meld several varieties into one. Just as the band members would segue through various music styles, this wine's far reaching flavours
Inspired by Synchronicitys themes of light and dark, Stings magnetic vocals, and the definition of synchronicity (a meaningful mix of seemingly unrelated events resulting in a significant sum), Winemaker Mark Beaman turned to crafting this unforgettabl
Firm, structured, intense and lengthy. The colour and sheer power of the varietal expression achieved at this level of alcohol is totally admirable; blackcurrant, blackberry and black olive are welded together with powdery tannins and perfectly judged oak. It’s a wine of clear sophistication and restraint, yet shows enough flutter and carry of fruit to seduce.
Full bodied and generous, displaying powerful fruit characteristics. Blackcurrants and dark fleshy fruits combine with spicy/vanillin oak characters. The wine is balanced with dense fruit, firm tannins and a lingering finish.

This wine shows all the hallmarks of Barossa Shiraz in a balanced and restrained package. The fruit aromatics are all about red plum, cherries and savoury herbs. This is a medium to full depth wine with balanced fruit concentration. The palate is full of savouriness, texture, black olives and has an evenness flowing from start to finish. This is about being soft and supple yet also rich and textural; an even line of tannins completes the wine. Cellar for 5 to 7 years. Pair with barbecued pork spare ribs with a dark sticky glaze.
