A traditional, bottle-fermented blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this attractive fizz shows rich, toasty biscuity notes with plenty of fruit, good weight, creamy texture, sufficient acidity and agreeably yeasty flavour.
Tiny gentle bubbles and a vibrant salmon colour distinguish this blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Lovely blackcurrant and strawberry aromas intermingle with hints of spice and brioche to add layers of complexity and interest. The supple texture of the wine is coaxed out by these ripe, sweet red fruit flavours together with its frothy character. A bright currant flavour balances the fullness and leaves the palate refreshed.
Beautifully deep in colour with a persistent fine bead. The bouquet shows hints of satsuma, plum and black cherry leading to an explosion of dark exotic fruits on the palate. A very special sparkling red for times of celebration.

A lovely golden straw colour and exceptionally fine bubbles. The nose is full with hints of red fruits. The pinot dominance brings depth and complexity to the palate with a long lasting finish, whilst the Chardonnay adds finesse and freshness. On early release the Cavendish is quite fruit focussed but will continue to develop more complex biscuit and bready characteristics over time. Drink now or age for the next two or three years.

This sparkling wine comes from the Veneto region of north-east Italy and is made from a blend of four different grape varieties. It is very refreshing with floral and pear aromas and flavours. It has a touch of sweetness and is very easy drinking.
